According to an article over on phonearena Alcatel has had the following device pop up on the GFXBench database earlier today, the Alcatel One Touch D820 is a smartphone that is expected to feature a QHD resolution on a small (by todays standards) 4.6-inch screen. If legit, the One Touch D820 will have 638ppi display something so high, it’ll be damn near impossible to find a pixel with the naked eye
The fact that the device is listed with a QHD display is a change for Alcatel, following oppo and vivo with a flagship. For that, Alcatel has included 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and a MediaTek MT6595 processor that should not only give it some power under the hood, and keep costs low thanks to mass manufacture.
Other than that, this phone is expected to feature Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box and LTE support.
Even though GFXBench says the rear camera is 7 mega-pixels usually it underestimates camera sizes. We’d put our money on a 13 or 16 mega-pixel sensor.
