Another posting shows the Nexus X getting ready for sale UPDATE

Update at bottom

Thanks to tipster @Alex_Vainshtein on Twitter we see the fnac posting we showed earlier in the week was legit.

Here is a much more clearer posting of the image as it looks like they are getting ready for pre orders.

Update.
Sources at bestbuy have just told me that they are prepping for a October launch for this device and vacation and time off has been stopped. This also is the case for the first two weeks of September(IPhone)

Also a friend who considers himself a hacker stated the fnac site is very open to hacks and modified pages. So take that for what it is worth.
Stay tuned. Will post more info as it becomes available.

  1. 17 September is quite soon. The other leaks were reporting around Halloween. Can you clarify? Is the date on this website maybe just a placeholder?

  2. I am very skeptical about this. Not that I question the authenticity of the screenshots, but I question the authenticity of the listing on Fnac’s website.

First, the 32GB and 64GB models would sport a different screen size: the 32GB model is listed with a 5.3″ screen, the 64GB one with a 5.2″ screen. I find this a bit strange.

Additionally, it is important to note that the seller of the item is not Fnac themselves, but a third-party we know close to nothing about (MARTITEK). Since Fnac doesn’t really double-check the item listings, I’m not really sure they can be trusted.

I’m not saying the whole thing is bullsh*t, but I’d be very careful about this.

  3. I find the pricing to be rather high. The best buy screenshot that was leaked listing a similar price but stated that it was under a 2 year contract. Does that seem strange to you?
