Nvidia and Qualcomm have have recently been bumping heads in court over GPU Technology that Nvidia claims Qualcomm is using without a license.
In court filings today we see that not only is HTC making the New nexus tablet but things we spoke on earlier and leaked are now confirmed.
While everyone called it the Nexus 8 we were calling it the Nexus 9 and well Nvidia just confirmed that. They also confirmed the K1 processor we talked about and leaked benchmarks on earlier this month

The biggest new is that Nvidia states the Nexus 9 is coming in quarter 3. Well that means before the end of the month. This should be interesting as this means we will have a new be us tablet launched within the next two or three weeks.

This also lines up with our earlier leak that best buy had new Google displays and were reading for a Google onslaught of tech.
