Couldn’t it also be a 2k display with an 805 or a K1? The benchmarks for a phone with a higher resolution and better processor would probably land in that ballpark too. I’d have to check benchmarks on the S5 LTE-A to be sure though.
I know the Nexus 4 and 5 were really great budget devices, but price range has always been a moving target on Nexus devices. The only constant is they’re reference devices. That’s why I’m thinking Google will try to squeeze either the 64 bit K1 or another 64 bit processor in, regardless of price.
